queenrileyWell, the hostage is on her way back to Scotland. It was a successful drop-off, despite the nasty weather and long drive to the airport amidst stupid people who can't seem to drive in foggy misty rain. ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
angua9 was unable to join us on the trip to the airport due to needing to retrieve her children from school when we needed to be at the airport.
Houston was sad to seeperceval go, apparently, because it's been the most awful day weather wise. Misty rain all day, fog all day that never burned off and never quite thinned out.
Alex is sick. I'm sick, but she's worse. Poor dear is running a high fever and everything. She slept through lunch withangua9 and perceval, she slept in the car on the way to the airport, she slept in the car on the way home from the aiport. She really is very sick and doesn't usually sleep this much. Poor baby.
After spending the past 4 days trekking to Susan's in the morning, trekking back in the afternoon or late evening (doing my best to avoid rush hour, so either I left at 2:30 or before, or 7:30 or after), I'm terribly behind on my housework. I need to do laundry, the dishes haven't been done, the floor hasn't been vaccuumed, and my room, Alex's room, and the bathroom are just big messes. Blech. I'm too sick and tired tonight. I'll work on all that tomorrow.
