Mar. 5th, 2007 08:45 amI'd forgotten how windy the east coast can get at the beginning of March. I hadn't really remembered from last year either... it was all kind of a blur. But now... now it's coming in full force.
It was so windy that yesterday, while walking along the side of the house, my tiny little Sam, all 21 pounds of him, fell right on his butt when a gust of wind actually knocked him over. It was cute, and admittedly he IS tiny (29 inches, 21 pounds, 17 months old... poor thing doesn't even hit the growth charts. -3% is what his doctor said, if that's even possible) but still. That was a mighty strong wind. He didn't cry, just looked more surprised than anything else.
Is it bad that I laughed before I picked him up and took him inside?
