Well, after a day of semi-rest, I feel better. Jeff did end up putting Alex to bed Sunday night. He took her for a walk after her bath and she was asleep when they got back. All he had to do was pick her up and put her in her crib without waking her up, which he managed to do with a little soft music to help. I ate some good ice cream and went to bed shortly after Alex. :) I feel better.

HP Guy has pictures of me now, so he can stop pretending to not be Mr. Impatient Man. If I'm brave enough and you ask very very nicely, I might get the guts to send you a picture too. :) It's that first big leap that's the hard one.

I'm craving Vanilla Coke now but don't have the money to go out and buy bunches of it. It's really good. Go and try it. Go on then, go on. Run out to your local grocer and pick up a bottle. It's better when cold, so let it sit in the refridgerator for a few hours first. Mmmmmm... vanilla coke. I'm weird, I know.

Jeff is looking for another job, a real job. I'm very proud of him for that. He finally realized the shop was going nowhere, and no matter how hard he tried, it would never succeed because the owner doesn't give a rat's behind about it. He actually has a few leads and I'm glad. Hopefully he'll get one and we can move out of my parent's house soon.

The sky is bright blue, the sun isn't very bright, and the only clouds in sight are the long skinny white ones that look like they came off a jet's tail when they really didn't. I was never good at science so I don't remember what they are called. It's a beautiful day. Not too hot, but not cold either. It's days like this that make me appreciate Texas because I don't remember ever seeing a sky that colour blue until moving here.

Alex is in a good mood despite her four new teeth just breaking through one at a time starting this morning.

I'm attempting to win $5 million from our 80's radio station contest, and though I doubt I'll win, it's good to try. At least I get to hear really good and happy music all day. I swear I should have been a teenager in the 80's. I was born a decade too late. If I win that money, I have big plans. Jeff, Alex, and I are moving northeast. Back to where I belong... a place with snow in winter, leaves that change colour and cool weather in the fall, the new greens of spring, and not terribly hot summers. Somewhere that isn't Texas, in other words. Jeff can open his own computer store, and I'll give Edward and HP Guy jobs with Jeff so they'll never have to worry about money again. They'll have to be willing to move where we do, though. If not, I'll just bring money in my visits to Circe and Edward (if I don't visit, how will Alex develop a crush on adorable!Ben and follow him around annoying him to no end?). HP Guy will just have to move with us. Why? Because he's just that cool. I'd like to meet his wife, as well. With what's left of the money I'll send Alex to college, buy Jeff his own car, and pay off old debts. Man... what I wouldn't give to have $5 million. I could really help out those that I so desperately want to but can't right now.

Today is a good day. I'm happy, the weather is agreeing with me, and I've had lovely talks with my online buddies about subjects that most people balk at talking about... such as men and the boxers or briefs debate.

I feel flirty, anybody want to flirt with me?
